We've been banging on about these masic marketing tips for years now and it seems that the latest edition of the Telstra Business Magazine has caught on too.
In regards to point 10, i see so many clients pull or change a branding campaign after only a few months to a year, because they get bored with it or a customers says they're getting bored with it. If that's the case, then DON'T change it. If the campaign is still been recognised and is working, then leave it. When the time is right then UPDATE the campaign, don't change it completely. Otherwise you're throwing months of hard earned branding for your business out the window.
