It was great to read an article about our client Total Telephone in the Bunbury Mail, where they're strongly using the secondary positioning line "ultimate Telstra experience" that we developed for them as part of the press and radio campaign. It's important to always stick to a positioning statement and using at every opportunity. Never be wishy washy. Strong branding requires a consistent message.
Total Telephone wanted to overcome the impression they were just about business phones systems and create the new impression that they can do anything a Telstra Shop can do, just without the bill paying side. I think they're achieving that.
